Natalie Norcross, Founder Verdant Branded
Hey there! My name is Natalie, and I'm the proud owner of Verdant Branded Inc.
I've been immersed in the promotional products and branding industry for almost two decades now.
After the initial period of learning the ins and outs of the industry, I moved up the ranks. Eventually finding myself in a sales position, I’ve been honing my craft for ever since.
Fast forward to today, and I'm finally putting my nearly two decades of experience to good use as the owner of Verdant Branded Inc. It's been a journey filled with growth and I’m so proud.
But life isn't all about branded swag! I've got some pretty awesome hobbies too. When I'm not knee-deep in promotional products, you can find me:
rescuing animals
hitting the trails for a good hike
diving into a good book
and jet-setting to explore the world's nooks and crannies for the most scrumptious vegan cuisine.

Aaron Trujillo, Director of Operations and Finance
I’m Aaron and I am the Director of Operations and Finance, which basically means I get to balance spreadsheets and solve real-world business puzzles—my kind of fun. I started my career in grocery retail, where I learned the ins and outs of running a business from the ground up. It was fast, dynamic, and gave me a serious appreciation for smart operations and great teams.
Along the way, I decided to take my number skills to the next level and earned a degree in accounting, which led me into the world of public accounting. That experience sharpened my financial strategy skills and gave me a broader view of how businesses tick behind the scenes.
Now, I get to bring it all together—combining practical know-how with financial insight to help our team run smoother and make smarter business decisions. I’m all about building systems that work, making numbers make sense, and supporting people to do their best work.
